Ms. Creem moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2A, in item 1599-1016, by inserting at the end thereof the following:- "; provided further, that not less than $3,000,000 shall be expended to the West Newton Cinema Foundation, Inc. for capital repairs and improvements to support its educational, community, and cultural programming"; and by striking out the figure "$1,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$4,000,000".
