Manchester Electrical Grid Upgrades

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2A, in item 1599-1016, in line 291, by inserting after the word “infrastructure” the following:- “; provided further, that not more than $10,000,000 shall be expended for the town of Manchester-by-the-Sea to modernize, upgrade, and expand electrical power transmission and distribution infrastructure for the purpose of hosting the expansion of the Cell Signaling Technology campus”; and by striking the figure “$1,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$11,000,000”.
