Lynn Waterfront Improvements

Mr. Crighton moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2A, in item 1599-1016, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $10,000,000 shall be expended to the economic development and industrial corporation of the city of Lynn for infrastructure improvements on the waterfront in the city of Lynn"; and by striking out the figure "1,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:-"$11,000,000".
