Westfield Industrial Road

Mr. Velis moves that the proposed new text be amended in line item 1599-1016 by inserting at the end thereof the following:- “; provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended to the City of Westfield for infrastructure improvements to Westfield Industrial Road.”
