Edgar Benjamin Nursing Home Capital Improvements

Ms. Miranda moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2A, in item 1599-1016, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended to the Edgar P. Benjamin Healthcare Center, Inc. to support the development of a state-of-the-art dialysis treatment center"; and by striking out the figure “$1,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$2,000,000”.
