Cabo Verdean Cultural Center in the City of Boston

Ms. Miranda moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2A, in item 1599-1016, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for the planning and development of a Cabo Verdean cultural center within the city of Boston"; and by striking out the figure “$1,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$2,000,000”.
