Westfield-Barnes Regional Airport - Southwest Quadrant Taxiway

Mr. Velis moves that the proposed new text be amended in line item 1599-1016 by inserting at the end thereof the following:- “;provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended to the Westfield-Barnes Regional Airport for costs associated with designing and developing constructing a new access taxiway to Southwest Quadrant.”
