Making Permanent the Betsy Lehman Center Trust

Mr. Cyr moves that the proposed new text be amended by adding the following section:-

"SECTION XX. Section 15 of chapter 12C, as so appearing, is hereby amended by adding the following subsection:-

(g) The Lehman center may establish a trust fund that is structured to receive, maintain, and spend federal and private grants or awards in furtherance of its responsibilities under this section and, to such extent, the director of the Lehman center shall have the powers established under section 6 of chapter 6A of the General Laws."
