Collaborative Practice

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after the word "workers" in line 2423 the following words:- ", (viii) asses  potential benefits of increased collaborative practice with pharmacists with regard to tasks including but not limited to medication review, consultation, care management, and chronic disease management, and make recommendations relative thereto."
