Increasing the earnings cap on retirees

Messrs. Durant and O'Connor move that the proposed new text be amended by adding the following section:-

"SECTION __. Section 91A of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the figure '$15,000', in line 27, and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- '$25,000'."
