Assisted Living Certificates

Messrs. Keenan, Tarr and Montigny move that the proposed new text be amended in section 5, by striking out, in lines 66 and 67, the words “and (iii) indicate whether the residence has been approved to provide basic health services” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “(iii) indicate whether the residence has been approved to provide basic health services; and (iv) indicate the certification’s expiration date”; and in said section 5, by inserting after the word "premises", in line 69, the following words:- "and on the residence’s website”.
