Resident Satisfaction Surveys

Messrs. Keenan, Tarr and Montigny move that the proposed new text be amended in section 5 by inserting, after the word "surveys", in line 143, the following words:- "; provided, however, that a person who has been named as health care agent in a health care proxy may complete said survey on behalf of a resident".
