Assisted Living Residence Reviews

Messrs. Keenan, Tarr and Montigny move that the proposed new text be amended in section 5 by striking, in line 154, the word "may" and inserting in place thereof the following word:- "shall"; and in said section, by inserting, after the word "sponsors", in line 155, the following words:- " and by posting said reports, responses and notices of final action on the website of the department".
