New Construction and Contagious Disease

Messrs. Keenan and Montigny move that the proposed new text be amended in section 11 by inserting, after the word "commissioner", in line 464, the following words:- "; provided, however, that new construction of or major addition to any long-term facility shall include rooms allowing for isolating and cohorting infected and at-risk patients in the event of an outbreak of a contagious disease".
