Addition of Licensed Pharmacists to Safety And Health Plans

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 10 as written by inserting at the end the following new sentence:-

"In establishing such regulations the Department shall utilize licensed pharmacists in any capability that enables the Health and Safety Plan regulations and Compliance with this chapter to lessen the staffing burden on facilities."
