Preventing Abuse and Death in Long-Term Care

Messrs. Montigny, Oliveira and Collins move that the proposed new text be amended in section 16 by inserting after the figure “$500”, in line 809, the following words:- “, unless the department determines a higher amount is appropriate in accordance with 42 CFR 488.438”.
