Corrective Amendment

Mr. Rodrigues moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 5, by inserting after the word program, in line 97, the following words:- “; provided, however, that the department shall submit any such program to the attorney general to ensure compliance with state and federal law”; and

in said section 5, by inserting after the word “recovery”, in line 101, the following words:- “, the joint committee on public health”; and

in section 17, by inserting after the figure “11”, in line 516, the following figure:- “, 12”.
