NonTraditional Hour Childcare under the C3 Grant Program

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new text be amended by inserting the following new section:-

"SECTION X. Notwithstanding any general or special laws to the contrary the provision of nontraditional hour child care shall be eligible for funding through the Commonwealth Cares for Children grant program where such childcare supports those who are in the maternal care workforce as otherwise defined in this Act."
