Ms. Edwards moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2810-0122, by inserting after the words "parks and recreation areas" the following: "; provided further that not less than $30,000 shall be expended to the City of Boston for the funding, implementation, operation, and replenishment of community recreation lending library (“play sheds”) at the East Boston Greenway located in the East Boston neighborhood of Boston"; and in said item by striking out the figure “$130,000"
