Mr. Velis moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to the Greater Holyoke Chamber of Commerce, Inc. for building restorations and upgrades in the city of Holyoke".
