Cannabis Control Commission Public Education Campaign

Messrs. Gomez and O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, by inserting after item 1070-0840 the following item:-

“1070-0841  For the implementation of a public education and outreach campaign, including but not limited to: youth access and prevention messaging, expanded awareness of criminal record sealing and expungement, and related efforts to promote a safe and equitable marijuana industry…………………….$1,500,000”.
