Healthy Soils Program

Ms. Gobi, Messrs. Tarr, O'Connor, Velis, Lewis and Gomez, Ms. Rausch, Messrs. Oliveira and Pacheco and Ms. Lovely moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2000-0100, by adding at the end thereof the following words:- "; provided that not less than $1,020,000 be expended for the administration of the Healthy Soils Program"; and by striking out the figure "$18,086,415" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$19,106,415".
