Study on reforms to Common Housing Application Process

Messrs. Tarr, Keenan and O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-0099, by inserting at the end of the item the following:-";provided that the executive office shall undertake reforms to the common housing application for Massachusetts programs in order to improve its efficiency and minimize the duration of time while housing units remain unoccupied; provided further that the executive office shall file a report on such reforms with the clerks of the house and senate not later then December 31st, 2023
