Merrimack River Combined Sewer Overflow Reduction

Messrs. Tarr and Finegold moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2200-0100, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Merrimack River Watershed Council, Inc. for a regional approach to reducing combined sewer overflows in the Merrimack river”; and by striking out the figure “$51,883,191” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$51,993,191”.
