DCR property immediately adjacent to Charles River Museum of Industry and Innovation, Inc.

Mr. Barrett moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2800-0100, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended to repair the retaining wall and mitigate flood risk created on the property immediately adjacent to Charles River Museum of Industry and Innovation, Inc.”; and by striking out the figure “$6,543,734” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$7,043,734”.
