Avon PFAS Remediation

Mr. Brady moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2000-0100, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for polyfluoroalkyl substances remediation costs in the town of Avon"; and

by striking out the figure "$18,086,415'' and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- $18,186,415".
