City of Fitchburg Development

Mr. Cronin moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-0107, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended to the city of Fitchburg for downtown housing development”; and by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$300,000”.
