Ms. Edwards moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4512-0205, by inserting the following:

“provided further that no less than $500,000 shall be expended for the Massachusetts Alliance for Economic Development, Inc. to provide technical assistance to the regions and municipalities of the Commonwealth”
