Ms. Moran moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-0107, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $46,000 shall be expended to Habitat for Humanity of Greater Plymouth, Inc. to support its operating budget”; and by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$146,000”.
