Mr. Collins moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 0640-0300, by inserting the following; "provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Boston ballet"; and by striking out the figure “$25,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$25,100,000”.
