Messrs. Velis, O'Connor and Cyr moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section 19 the following section:-

“SECTION 19A. Section 5F of chapter 112 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “a”, in line 23, the following words:- mental health,”.
