Ms. Gobi, Ms. Rausch, Messrs. Gomez, Tarr, Eldridge, Mark and Crighton, Ms. Kennedy, Messrs. Feeney, Payano, Cronin, Lewis and Cyr and Ms. Lovely moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4400-1004, in line 3, by adding after the word "shall" the following words:- "operate the program as a year-round, 12-month program and,"; and by striking out the figure "$5,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$24,000,000".
