Nursing Home Administrator Regulatory Compliance

Messrs. Velis, Gomez and Montigny and Ms. Lovely moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4510-0721, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that the board of registration of nursing home administrators shall review facilities closed between January 1, 2023 and July 31, 2024, inclusive, for compliance with 105 CMR 150; provided further, that not later than September 1, 2024, the board shall submit a report to the house and senate committees on ways and means and the joint committee on elder affairs that shall include, but not be limited to, accounts of compliance issues and violations of said regulations”
