Permissible Use Standards for Home Care Agencies

Feeney, Velis and Keenan, Ms. Rausch, Messrs. Moore and Collins and Ms. Lovely moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1599-6903, by inserting after the words “any human service provider receiving revenue under said Chapter 257” the following:- “, and any home care agency subcontracting with such human service providers to provide home care services,”.
