Mr. Collins moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4512-0205, by inserting after the words "intervention and recovery services" the following: "; provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to Newmarket Business Improvement District for their Homeless Back 2 Work Program"
