988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline

Messrs. Cyr and Eldridge, Ms. Rausch, Mr. O'Connor, Ms. Jehlen, Ms. Edwards, Mr. Feeney and Ms. Lovely moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4513-1026, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for 988 suicide and crisis call centers for implementation and personnel costs, prior appropriation continued”; and by striking out the figure "$7,099,538" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$8,099,538".
