Brady and Crighton and Ms. Edwards moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4000-0009, by inserting after the words “obligations of the office; ”, the following: “provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for the Massachusetts Sickle Cell Association;” and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$350,000
