African Diaspora Mental Health Association

Messrs. Gomez and Oliveira moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4512-0205, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for the African Diaspora Mental Health Association to provide culturally specific mental health, substance use, and recovery services in Western Massachusetts"; and by striking out the figure "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$125,000".
