Mr. Collins, Ms. Miranda, Ms. Edwards and Mr. O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after item 7061-9650 the following item;

"xxxx-xxxx For Catie’s Closet, Inc. to connect low-income and homeless students in the city of Boston with access to social services, mental and behavioral health resources and other necessities including, but not limited to, clothing and toiletries.............................$1,000,000.”
