Dignity Alliance Reporting Requirements

Ms. Gobi, Mr. Crighton, Ms. Rausch, Messrs. Montigny and Oliveira and Ms. Lovely moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4510-0710, by inserting at the end thereof, the following:- "; provided further, that the bureau of health care safety and quality and the office of patient protection shall annually report to the Center for Health Information and Analysis on the number of nursing home staff and resident complaints resolved, the amount of penalties assessed, and the reasons for unaddressed complaints, said report to be filed with the joint committee on elder affairs, the joint committee on health care financing, and the house and senate committees on ways and means”.
