Eldridge and O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 5046-0000, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended for the International Institute of New England, Inc. for culturally and linguistically appropriate mental health services for immigrants and refugees”; and by striking out the figure “$597,677,446” and inserting in place

thereof the following figure:- “$597,977,446”.
