Water Pollution Abatement Funding

Ms. Moran and Mr. Cyr moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after item XXXX-XXXX the following item:-

xxxx-xxxx For the Massachusetts Clean Water Trust to fund principal forgiveness for certain borrowers receiving loans from the Barnstable County Community Septic Management Fund/Cape Cod AquiFund; provided, that loan recipients receiving 0 and 2 per cent interest loans shall be eligible for up to 50 per cent and 25 per cent principal forgiveness, respectively.................................$5,000,000
