Ms. Rausch, Messrs. Keenan, Rush, Barrett, Tarr, O'Connor, Gomez, Eldridge, Velis and Oliveira, Ms. Gobi, Messrs. Brady and Kennedy, Ms. Kennedy, Messrs. Feeney and Timilty, Ms. Lovely and Mr. Montigny moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4510-0100, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to Hope and Comfort, Inc. to address hygiene insecurity in the commonwealth”; and by striking out the figure “$22,491,001” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$22,641,001”.
