Mr. Mark moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 8910-0145, by adding the following words:-  “; provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for the Berkshire county opioid education and awareness task force”; and by striking out the figure “$19,721,141” and inserting in place thereof the following figure: - “$19,921,141”.
