Mr. Collins and Ms. Miranda moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4590-1507, by inserting the following words; "provided further that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for the Big Sister Association of Greater Boston Inc." and by striking out the figure “$7,745,000” and inserting in place

thereof the following figure:- “$7,995,000”.
