Baystate Noble Hospital Opioid Treatment

Mr. Velis moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4512-0205, by inserting the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to Baystate Noble Hospital in the city of Westfield for a grant program to prevent and treat addiction to opioids and related substances”; and by striking out the figure "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$150,000".
