Re-entry program in Barnstable County

Mr. Cyr moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 8000-0313, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $98,000 shall be expended to B FREE Coaching and Wellness, Inc. to launch a re-entry program in Barnstable County"; and by striking out the figure "$XXX" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$XXX".
