Mr. Crighton, Ms. Edwards, Ms. Miranda and Messrs. O'Connor, Timilty and Collins moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7066-0000, by inserting the following:- “; provided further that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for Thrive Scholars to support college to career services;”.
