Retroactive Sun Credit Transferability

Mr. Cronin moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section __ the following section: -

“SECTION __. Section 139(b)(1) of chapter 164 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words "attributed to such customers by the Class III net metering facility” the following words:- and said credits may be applied retroactively.
