Logan Airport Parking

Messrs. Rush and O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended by adding the following section:-

Section ____. Chapter 90 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting the following section:-

Section 61 ½ Logan International Airport Parking

Section 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, Boston Logan International Airport shall charge no more than $10 for each day for parking of motor vehicles

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
